Where we ship
Esther Tech Shop ships to addresses within the United States. Orders are dispatched from our supplier network and arrive in 8–12 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Order questions
To help us respond faster, please include your order number and the email address you used at checkout in your first message.
- Where is my order? Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email us.
- Wrong or damaged item? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Need to change your address? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering — once an order ships we cannot redirect it.
Returns
